Security Bot offers premium subscriptions with enhanced features. We stand behind the service and offer refunds under specific conditions.

Eligible for Refund

• First-time subscribers within 7 days of the initial purchase
• Extended service unavailability not caused by scheduled maintenance
• Major feature malfunction lasting more than 7 days
• Billing errors or duplicate charges
• Unauthorized charges

Not Eligible for Refund

• Requests after 7 days from the initial purchase
• Renewal charges not cancelled in time
• Partial period usage
• Feature dissatisfaction where behavior is documented
• Terms violations causing suspension
• Issues caused by Discord API changes or user misconfiguration

2. Provide your Discord User ID, transaction ID, purchase date, and reason
3. Wait for review within 3-5 business days
4. Receive a decision via Discord or email
5. If approved, refund processing begins

• Credit / Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
• PayPal: 3-5 business days
• Cryptocurrency: non-refundable
• Other methods: varies by provider

• Service disruptions affecting only some features
• Requests after 7 days but within 30 days
• Tier switches mid-cycle
• Compensation for extended but partial outages

• Premium remains active until the current billing period ends
• No future recurring charges after cancellation
• You may reactivate before expiration
• No prorated refunds for unused time
